This is ok, as the UUIDs asociated with 120 are different. I assume the third entry left and later rejoined (as the first entry). However, on a new join, a node gets a different UUID but the IP address and port remains the same. The reason the stale entry is still in the file is to minimize access to the backend store (e.g. S3), as some cloud stores charge for that. See [1] for a detailed discussion of why this is the case, and how it can be changed if desired.
