Crackin' on 0.7.0

Team,
    We need to get crackin on 0.7.0.  There are a ton of tasks to get 
done and we would like to have this release finished by around JavaOne 
(1 month!)  I need everyone to step up and take some tasks.  Matthew and 
J Aaron will be working on the intermediate layer and security, I will 
be doing the module manager and block manager.  Everything else is up 
for grabs.  The modules have tons of improvements to make, especially 
forums which will be simplified to a standard thread format.   Join in 
the fun, grab a task, fix it, check it in.  That simple :)  We're always 
idling on IRC if you have questions, so please don't hesistate to ask.  
Let's go JLCP!  Just as a little incentive, there will be at least *two* 
brand-new sites running JLCP by the end of the month.  Let's make it 
everything it can be!
