ugh, damnit.  EVERYTHING that referenced a class in xml files needs to be changed.  This includes struts-config.xml.  I'll have it all fixed up tonight.

Description:
Someone needs to go through and put the right classnames in for all the taglibs in the tld files.  They were screwed up during the refactoring.  Not a big deal, but a blocker nonetheless.
