Tree Stable

Team,
    The tree is mostly stable this evening, so if you can, go ahead and 
check it out, kick the tires a bit and start working on whatever tasks 
you had planned.  I am running the latest CVS on Tomcat at 
http://www.dreamtechengineering.com:8080/jlcp-web and it should be 
running nearly all the time.  Let me know if you discover anymore bugs.  
At least it should deploy now.
