Oh, I forgot, navigate to localhost/jlcp-web/index.up?reload=true

To have theme picked up. It's also a good idea to open your xml file in IE,
to make, sure
you have no xml syntax errors that will crash LayoutServlet.

The API, for themes is as follows:

Create new folder in themes folder.
Name folder "steel", for example,
create steel.css, and steel-theme.xml, set name im xml, to "steel", all
these
names, MUST BE INDENTICAL, for the app, to pick up, images, css, etc...

Images folder is a subfolder of your theme folder.

The easiest way to create a theme is copy a theme subfolder, say default,
paste folder, then rename folder, css, xml files, and set correct name.
Change images and attributes as you wish.

I'm still finishing mudules API, and will add menu functionality to themes.
