It appears that its an OSX thing where OSX has trouble with the anti-aliasing of fonts so small. On Windows this appears to be ok (in Mozilla and IE).

Description:
The fonts appear to change sporadically. The same is true with links inside the pages. If you view the latest site http://www.dreamtechengineering:8080/jlcp-web you can see what I mean. I'm not sure whether its like this in IE.
