Added profile functionality which include changes in struts-config,tiles-config,tiles-components,coding EditRegisterAction and EditRegisterForm and  some new lables in application resources.
I will add password profile soon.

Description:
The user should be able to go through and update their email, first and last name, password, location, etc.  Only the username and buddyname should stay unaltered.
