Re: Getting hibername / database setup

Ok, its definitely in CVS.  I will check on my windows machine to see 
whether the PDF works.  There is also a Word version.  Sorry for the 
crappy format, but that's what I used to write it.  The PDF was 
automatically generated by OS X.
