Checkin coming in. You can dynamically add feeds to the various columns in the ui and fetch rss and rdf forms. I have tested it with both and for now they seem to work ok. There is a limit of 4000 characters on the feeds, which may be a problem, we'll have to see. Regardless, it is still a good example of adding blocks to the system dynamically. We have to redirect to admin.up?reload=true when we add a new block, because blocks have to be reloaded.

Description:
We need an RSSManager to handle keeping the retrieval of RSS feeds on a schedule. Most sites don't appreciate someone accessing their RSS feed every page load. This RSSManager will use Hibernate and store the retrieved XML in the database for those times when we can't get at the newest copy. Use Hibernate caching for fast retrieval. Our bootstrapper should start the RSS manager.
