We show 2 types of graph now, determined by the type= parameter of the graph result servlet.  Currently type can be pie or bar.  We can implement more by changing GraphResultServlet

Description:
It would be nice for admins to have the option of choosing what type of poll results they want to see.  Some like pie charts, others like horizontal bars.  Its easy to do different types of charts (I think) with JFreeChart, so it shouldn't take too long.
