Finishing up 0.5.1

Team,
    There are still quite a few open tasks for the upcoming release and 
the releases beyond this next one.  I know we've got a lot of new 
developers, so I ask everyone to please take a stab at working on 
various issues, even if its not something that you've worked on for JLCP 
in the past.  Some things that are off limits right now: anything with 
the themes or layout (Paul has that), security (Matthew has that), poll 
notification (needs a service layer, matthew will be doing that).  
Forums needs a LOT of work before Javalobby can be converted to it, so I 
encourage everyone to help add features to that module.  its currently 
our most underdeveloped module and needs some love.  If you can help on 
it, just let us know and then start writing code. Thanks to everyone who 
has helped so far, we're making great progress!
