Removing RSS doesn't update UI properly

Paul,
    Could you take a look at why removing an RSS feed doesn't totally 
finish updating the UI even when reload=true is tacked on the request?  
It appears to be ok for the adding of a new feed, but removing it 
doesn't totally remove the block from the definitions I think, even 
though the actual file and DB entry are gone.
