We started on this and basically each message has a ModerationStatus object collection when it is awaiting moderation in a category. For each category that this message exists, there is a moderation object. Fairly straightforward and Message and Category have been updated for this. The DAO for Category needs to be updated to handle this new moderation status.

Description:
There needs to be some way to moderate messages in a forum. Basically, if a user posts a message to a moderated forum, we want that message to go into a holding pattern until an administrator approves it. We'll also need a spiffy easy way to deal with that in our admin console (web or Swing)
