Description:
Added sending of mail after user registration using predefined templates in /mailers using quickmaler utility clas but I think we can  also explore JNDI option. Currently we do not functionality to edit templates using admin of JLCP. We will add it soon. 
We have to resolve issue of storing template either on file system or in db. If we are storing in filesystem it seems to me not possible to edit templates as we can not get reference to resource for writing. Any idea how it can be done on fs is welcome by me. Otherwise storing in db and have DAO seems to me good option.
