Comment:
You can see all the people who are online by clicking on the # Users Online link at the top. There was initially a search for buddies task, but I think instead I'll do an alphabetical listing, one page for A-Z and some weird characters. The OQL queries are easy for that and the pages are simple. Just a new taglib and we'll be set. I'll file this for 0.7 and fix it as soon as Paul finish up the UI providing exams don't drag me away :)

Key: JLCP-182
Summary: Need a way to browse buddies from the Buddy module
Type: New Feature
Status: Assigned
Priority: Major
Time Spent: Unknown
Estimate: 2 hours
Project: Javalobby Community Platform
Fix Fors:
0.7.0 (Shiva)
Versions:
0.5.1
Assignee: Matthew Schmidt
Reporter: Gregory Pierce
Created: Wed, 30 Apr 2003 12:59 PM
Updated: Wed, 30 Apr 2003 1:16 PM
Environment: 0.5.0
Description:
When sending out a message or adding a buddy, if you don't know the buddy name you cannot send out a buddy message. This makes sense except that there is no clean way to browse the buddies on the portal. Suggest an icon that looks like an address book or similar next to the buddy name so that you can select someone.
