JLCP 0.5.1 is Golden!

Well the growing pains continue, but we finally got this release out the 
door!  Everyone please grab this release from the SF site 
(http://www.sf.net/projects/gotjava) and kick the tires a bit.  The 
Tomcat standalone is uploaded and appears to be working just fine along 
with the standard source release.  Just a bit of a note to everyone: the 
tree will be going through some crazy re-organization in the next few 
days (moving packages, jobs removal, etc).  Grab a hard hat and start 
working on some bugs!  Good luck!
