I have read the build.properties file.
There is a note:  you need to manually download the eap 6.1.0 zip and put it in the lib folder

I have gone to the   https://community.jboss.org/message/830547#830547 https://community.jboss.org/message/830547 site and downloaded it manualy.

Now it works.
