        UserGroupCallbackManager.getInstance().setCallback(userGroupCallback);
        TaskService taskService = new TaskService(emf, SystemEventListenerFactory.getSystemEventListener());
        taskService.setUserinfo(userInfo);

        Both the userGroupCallback and userInfo had beed configured in code .
