phoenix -> loom migration update

I have just finished modifying Loom so that it can run a Phoenix SAR 
unmodified! This will allow for very easy migration to Loom, you just 
have to migrate the container, and are free to migrate your components 
to include the new markup / metadata format whenever you choose.

I'll be committing the changes plus an updated Phoenix porting guide 
soon.
