hmm. I have a different rationale for that choice, funny :-D. "Community 
dynamics" weren't the primariy motivation. Thought long and hard about 
asking bob or someone else around codehaus where to go with this little 
idea of mine. Read the manifesto. Thought this idea failed (at least) 
bullets 2 (no code),3 (no releases), 6 (no bar) and 8 (no bar), and more 
importantly the spirit behind those ideas. Like the codehaus faq says, 
"Each organization fills a different niche". Codehaus is pragmatic, 
professional, and code-centric. I don't want to change that. It's nice.
