Description:
Currently the LogKit implementation of Avalon Logger facade has been migrated into LogKit. The Log4j implementation has been submitted to Log4j for inclusion. When both toolkits have been released we need to rework classloader so that that the Log4j/Logkit jars are no longer in the base classloader
