moving towards loom 1.0

moving to org.codehaus.loom was discussed, do we want to go ahead with 
that? now or never i think.

otherwise, i'm ready to cut rc1 and see how that cooks before calling a 
1.0

you obviously noticed what happened in jira. i moved everything that is 
an enhancement to an abstract version 'future'. as we start to plan 
releases, we can assign issues specific releases.
