DNA and Loom migrated to org.codehaus namespace

Hi,

both dna and loom have now been migrated to
org.codehaus.dna and org.codehaus.loom namespaces.

Also, both now use the new metaclass namespace org.codehaus.metaclass.

You should remove your maven local plugins
(in $USER_HOME/.maven/plugins) before attempting to rebuild.

Let me know if you encounter any problems in building.
(loom demos still have some problems trying to override old definitions
of metaclass datatypes, so for the moment I've disable the build of demos)
