actually, I was coming round to the same thought.

in particular, there are issues I had not thought about regarding the
list archives structure that will require changes to the gname.org 
mappings (both list names and list mail agent).
so, we could do it all in one sweep.

the transition should be quite easy and smooth, as
the dna and loom structure are well separated.
we only need to map dna/loom.jcontainer.org dns entries to 
dna/loom.codehaus.org

pete - if you create the top-level projects today - I can
start the ball rolling with gmane before we actually
more the cvs repository.

btw - when we decide at a later stage that svn has adequate
ide tools, it should be possible to just migrate cvs -> svn, right?
