Spice migration?

Hiya,

It looks like there is at least some consensus that we move Spice to codehaus
and keep the sandbox inside spice but make sure we dont release anything from
sandbox. Is that about right?

If so does anyone want to take over the responsibility of migrating the
codebase over. This essentially means

* requesting the project be created in Codehaus Chores Issue tracker
* Migrating CVS with complete history from
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cvstarballs/spice-cvsroot.tar.bz2
* Updating the Spice JIRA Tracker
* Updating the namespace to use org.codehaus.spice.X for all our components.
* Gradually releasing every component that is ready to be released and in
components directory
* Making sure everyone has accounts at Codehaus that needs them

We can all take little bits of responsibility for migration. I have fairly
restricted time at the moment but am happy to help redo website to be
Codehaus-stylized and can take on other jobs as I get more time.

Thoughts? Volunteers?
