Yeah, no global sandbox (as in codehaus-wide sandbox), but
a sandbox withing the spice project, as is now in SF.

It sort of makes more sense to me to keep them together, but
I'm not fussed either way.

If we do decide not to migrate them, se need to update the website to
reflect this (atm it refers to a sandbox).
