DNA 1.1 RC2

Hiya,

A few people brought up issues with the RC1 release. Essentially the Maven 
plugin did not work :) There was class cast problems all over the place as 
the different tasks and types were loaded in different classloaders. 

I have reworked the way that tasks are registered and added basic plugin-test 
directory. If people could check this version to see if any issues crop up it 
would be much appreciated. If all good then maybe we can release this version 
;)
