RE: Getting javac to see org.jdom.* in Win

There's nothing wrong with your JAVA_HOME because java wouldn't be able to
give you an error message if there were. 

Try using the same classpath and doing

javap org.jdom.Document

from the command line. If it doesn't work, then your classpath is wrong.
