Re: malformed URL exception exception in saxbuilder.build due to unreachable URL

I just ran a quick test ... :

public class TestParse {
	public static void main(String[] args) throws Exception {
		String xml = "<?xml version=\"1.0\" ?>\n<xmlchars />";
		SAXBuilder sb = new SAXBuilder();
		sb.build(xml);
	}
}

and got:
