There's a listFacts() method that works very me so far.
Iterator facts = engine.listFacts();
		while (facts.hasNext()) {
			Fact fact = (Fact)facts.next();
			Deftemplate deftemplate = fact.getDeftemplate();
			for (String slotName : deftemplate.getSlotNames()) {
				...etc.
