Release 6.1.1

Release 6.1.1 is now available via http://jetty.mortbay.org

Although some issues were discovered (see below) with 6.1.1RC1
we have decided not to delay the release for them.

 + start webapps on deployment with jboss, use isDistributed() method from WebAp

 + simplified chat demo


KNOWN ISSUES:

1) JETTY-214 JBoss isUserInRole is broken for non authenticated requests.
2) JETTY-213/JETTY-215 JBoss build issue (duplicate servlet.jar files)
3) AJP incompatibility with latest mod_proxy
4) java 1.5 method in jetty plus
