Jetty 9.0.7.v20131107 / 9.1.0.RC2 Released

We are pleased to announce the availability of two new Jetty
releases.  The issues resolved are listed below.

Note: This is the last RC for 9.1 and you should expect to see that
releasing within the next couple of days and I encourage everyone to
give it a whirl to tease out anything.
