Releases 3.1.9, 4.0.5 & 4.1.0RC0

Jetty Release 3.1.9(mature) 4.0.5 (stable) & 4.1.0RC0 (stable candidate)
are now available via http://jetty.mortbay.com

These are all maintenance releases fixing a few moderate bugs.

The 4.1 release also adds the Digest Authentication feature and moves
4.1 to be the stable candidate release.


Jetty-4.1.0RC0 - 31 July 2002
  + Fixed getRealPath for packed war files.
  + Changed URI default charset back to ISO_8859_1
  + Restructured Password into Password and Credential
  + Added DigestAuthenticator
  + Added link to a Jetty page in Korean.
  + Added ExpiryHandler which can set a default Expires header.

Jetty-4.0.5 - 31 July 2002
  + Fixed getRealPath for packed war files.
  + Reversed order of ServletContextListener.contextDestroyed calls
  + Fixed getRequestURI for RD.forward to return new URI.

Jetty-3.1.9 - 15 July 2002
  + Allow doHead requests to be forwarded.
  + Fixed race in ThreadPool for minThreads <= CPUs
