Jetty release 4.2.20RC0 is now available via http://jetty.mortbay.org

This is a minor maintenance release with the main update being the
cleanup of closing connections during a server stop. As this change is
in the core of the ThreadPool, this release is only a release candidate
and should be tested before being put into production.

  + Worked around bad jboss URL handler in XMLParser
  + Forced close of connections over stop/start
  + HttpFields protected headers
  + ProxiedFor field support added to NCSARequestLog
  + Fixed Default servlet for non empty servlet paths
  + Changed naming convention of dist bundles.
