Release 5.1.RC0

Jetty Release Candidate 5.1.RC0 is now available via http://jetty.mortbay.org

This release is a point release from the recent 5.0.0 because of some API and
behaviour changes which resulted from the J2EE compliance testing with Geronimo.
The opportunity was also taken to add some significant optimizations inspired
from Jetty Experimental.

 + Added LifeCycle events and generic container.
 + Upgraded to ant-1.6 for jasper
 + Fixed HTAccessHandler
 + JBoss 4.0.0 support
