Jetty release 5.1.3 is now available via http://jetty.mortbay.org

This release contains several spec compliance fixes and a number updates 
external libraries.


Jetty-5.1.3 - 7 April 2005
 + Some minor code janitorial services.

Jetty-5.1.3rc4 - 31 March 2005
 + Moved servlet request wrapping to enterContextScope for geronimo security
 + refixed / mapping for filters
 + Allow XmlConfiguration to start with no object.
 + updated to mx4j 3.0.1
 + rework InitialContextFactory to use static 'default' namespace
 + make java:comp/env immutable for webapps as per J2EE spec

 + removed accidental enablement of DEBUG for JettyPlus jndi in log4j.properties 
 + fixed "No getter or setter found" mbean errors
