Description:

In section "Configuring additional parameters" on

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Jetty/Feature/Jetty_Maven_Plugin

the parameter "jettyEnvXml" is mentioned but no mojo actually handles it although JettyWebAppContext provides the necessary infrastructure.

With the submitted patch the configuration parameter "jettyEnvXml" is now defined for all mojos (documentation was taken from the website mentioned above), and its value is passed on to JettyWebAppContext.

The patch should apply to almost all versions (at least applies to current HEAD 10512c4fb01f12fb1b3d203b8bc0ebea3631829e, applies to and tested with jetty-7.2.0.v20101020).
