jetty-maven-plugin does not handle jettyEnvXml

Stephan,

I tested it insofar as I created a jetty-env.xml file that had synctactically incorrect content and configured it on the <webApp> element and got the as-expected exception when the content was parsed by the EnvConfiguration object. So I know it is being picked up.
