Just tried with 8.1.5-20120703.081123-38 and wasn't able to get the waitForChild working. Similar setup to Edd and no Eclipse auto-complete for that attribute in the <configuration>. Going to verify my install works with 7.6.5-SNAPSHOT as I just stumbled onto this ticket today.
