Example config for jetty-setuid doesn't work

Reopening. The new id is wrong. The id of the server instance is always "Server". I suspect that the original reporter on the gmane link had done some kind of global search-and-replace to update to jetty-7 in his other xml files which incorrectly also updated the id of the server instance, and hence he had to also update the id of the server instance in jetty-setuid.xml.
