Jan Bartel commented on JETTY-1542 --exec creates another process but jetty.sh doesn't kill this process I can't reproduce this with jetty-7.6.5. Please provide details of: - version of jetty - any modifications to jetty.sh - how you're running jetty.sh - installation of jetty - start.ini - verify that the /tmp pid file is present after jetty.sh start, and is still present when you do jetty.sh restart - verify if this works when using java -jar start.jar instead of start.sh to re/start jetty - run with DEBUG=true in start.ini and post logs thanks Jan This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
