[jetty-user] Jetty 7.x gives service unavailable

My application works fine with jetty-6.1.19
But with jetty-distribution-7.1.6.v20100715 I always get the following
message:
HTTP ERROR: 503
Problem accessing /Web-JISIS3/. Reason:
Service Unavailable
I would appreciate for any help
