Re: [jetty-user] Jetty 7 as Windows Service.

The integration code never went through IP process at Eclipse, thus it
cannot be included into the core Jetty distribution. Furthermore, the latest
versions of Tanuki Software ServiceWrapper are licensed under GPL that
prevents them from being used in Jetty.
