You would get permission denied as that link _is_ trying to edit it.

We have just finished getting an contribution from Angelo Zerr through the
CQ process with eclipse and it lives in our svn now.  We are going to get it
into releasable shape pretty soon but if you like you give it a whirl as it
stands the build instructions and documentation can be found here:

http://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/rt/org.eclipse.jetty/jetty-wtp/trunk

it builds with maven 3 and tycho, see the README.txt for the required build
command.
