Hi, the context is the path to where you access your web-application. So setting it to "HJ" would lead to where you expected it to be < http://localhost:8080/HJ> I am not quite sure whether localhost will actually work, I think it might not (as it doesn't work the other way around - the android emulator can't access the host machine via localhost, it is reserved for the emulator). But you should be able to use localhost from the emulators browser. I have taken a quick look at your war, and found some jars, I believe this won't work, maybe take one of the examples to reproduce the necessary build steps. I am not on my developing machine right now, so I can't check my own .war but will do that later in case you don't get it to work.
