Luc,

Can you use jetty 7 or jetty 8?  we'd be more proactive looking at
issues for recent releases.

The exception appears to be associated with a configuration issue with
jetty-plus.  Can you duplicate with running your war file from a
start.jar with normal etc/*.xml configuration?
