I have recently fixed a problem with jetty-8 whereby dynamically
adding a servlet could cause all the servlets to be initialized before
any of the context listeners were called. Here's the reference:
https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JETTY-1495

However, I don't see how that problem could have been manifested
differently in mvn jetty:run and mvn jetty:run-war.

If you have a small test case, please post it.

thanks
Jan
