JGenerator tries not to duplicate things in .swf, but it's not always possible.
It usually works for images, so if you insert an image two times into a .swf
it will occupy a space of one. For shapes and movie clips you need to take
care of it yourself. Usually with right coding the size can be reduced dramatically.

But I don't quite understand what you mean by compressing it into one frame?
If the data in all the frames are the same why you need all these frames?
If the data in all the frames are different (I suppose this is the case) then
even if you put all this into one frame it will only reduce the size of your file
by 9 bytes (1 byte for every frame), so this is not what you want I guess.
