Hi, I think it would be a good idea to rename the configuration file for JGloss from .jgloss to .jgloss.conf or something similar. I have Windows set up here to open the annotated *.jgloss files with JGloss. Now of course Windows thinks that the configuration file is also an annotated document. Another option would be to change the extension for JGloss annotated files from *.jgloss to *.jgl for example. I think the latter might even be the better solution since in the *nix world it is common to put configuration in ~/.$NAMEofPROGRAM.
