Update of /cvsroot/jicarilla/jicarilla-sandbox/platform/container/impl
In directory sc8-pr-cvs1.sourceforge.net:/tmp/cvs-serv12572/platform/container/impl

Modified Files:
	project.properties
Added Files:
	build.xml dependencies.list
Log Message:
Use the new JBS across jicarilla. Speedup as opposed to using maven varies between 300 and 1000 percent, roughly. The perceived speedup is bigger still.
